Report of Tarbiyyat Day, Epsom & Ewel: 6th September, 2015

Assalamoalaikum, REPORT TARBIYYAT EPSOM JAMAAT Tarbiyyat Day activity was held in Daintree School, Epsom on Sunday 6.09.2015.

The program started with a 2 hours 15 minutes long spiritually uplifting session of presentation with PowerPoint by Mr Nisar Orchard, Secretary Tarbiyyat UK. The presentation started at 11.00 am. The presentation comprised an expected conduct of a good Ahmadi muslim in all spheres of his daily life. Mr Orchard, through interactive session described moral and spiritual aspects of a good living as expected by the Holy Quran, Sunnah, Hazrat Masih e Maood a.s and the Khilafat.

We need to instill Taqwa in ourselves and to get Allah’s pleasure. The presentation also covered the ways of improving domestic family lives through prayers. It was strongly emphasised that we should offer our 5 times prayers in congregation. The presentation followed by interesting question/answer activity. The presentation concluded with silent prayers led by Mr Orchard at 1.15pm  followed by lunch.

The program started with recitation of holy Quran followed by nazm by Wasim Chaudhry sahib. The program attended by 65 men, 54 lajna and 30 children. Subsequent to the program, with permission of our president sahib, we, members of Epsom Jamaat,  planned to offer our congregational Fajr prayers on Saturday 12.09.2015 collectively, which we hope would encourage all to make it a regular feature of our Tarbiyyat activity in our Jamaat. On Saturday 12.09.2015 we had 14 men, 5 lajna and 2 children attended the Fajr prayers as planned in Fazal Mosque. Everyone who attended Fajr prayers at Fazal Mosque, hoped to try to offer Fajr prayers at least every week in Fazal mosque.
